Our mission is to create dignity in under-resourced communities by connecting them with college students and people of means through a Christian mentoring program.

Give Dignity and Opportunity - With a job comes self-worth, money to make decisions, and something constructive to occupy their free-time. Perhaps most of all, this job provides the reason to have a one-on-one mentoring relationship with a mature Christian college student that can help them reach their true potential in society and in their walk with God.

Lend Emotional Support and Connections - Your consistent employment connects this teenager with you – bridging the otherwise enormous gap in ability to relate due to the economic divide, cultural divide, and age difference. You may find it rewarding at some point to visit one of their school functions or write them a recommendation some day to get into a school or a full-time job (as one of their past “clients”).

Spark a Lifetime Passion for Ministry - Your consistent employment also connects you with a mature Christian college student whose decisions and experiences as a young adult are shaping the path of their entire adult life. You will have helped create an experience for them that may produce a life-long impact on their initiative to do God’s work which includes “loving their neighbors”.

"Our desire is that others might not be relieved while you are hard pressed, but that there might be equality. At the present time your plenty will supply what they need..."

(Bible - 2 Cor. 8:13-14)
