You may find it rewarding at some point to visit one of their school functions or write them a recommendation some day to get into a school or a full-time job (as one of their past “clients”).
Spark a Lifetime Passion for Ministry - Your consistent employment also connects you with a mature Christian college student whose decisions and experiences as a young adult are shaping the path of their entire adult life. You will have helped create an experience for them that may produce a life-long impact on their initiative to do God’s work which includes “loving their neighbors”.
